For more information, visit our site www.3ds.com/frAu Within the Finance organization of the Dassault Systèmes Group, you will report to the Group Tax Department in an international team, composed of about thirty people and based in France, the US, and Asia.

Your tasks

You will notably participate in the following tasks:

• Advise and support the various teams of the Finance Department as well as operational teams on common tax issues (corporate tax, VAT, local taxes, etc.),
• Assist teams in the context of tax audits,
• Contribute to the tax reviews of the income tax returns of the Group's EMEA companies,
• Provide technical support in the context of intra-group restructuring projects, by analyzing their tax impacts,
• Analyze tax issues related to contractual negotiations and formulate recommendations for legal and operational teams, notably during the review of tax clauses,
• Participate in the compliance of internal procedures with changes in tax regulations,
• Draft technical notes and memorandums relating to legislative and regulatory developments having an impact on the Group,
• Ensure active monitoring in international taxation and share key information with the finance teams.

Your qualifications

Student in a Master's degree (BAC+5) program in corporate taxation. You are looking for a 6-month internship starting from January 2027.

• You have an excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
• You are proficient in Pack Office tools, notably Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as tax databases (Navis, IBFD, etc.).
• Rigorous and organized, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate good analytical skills.
• You possess excellent writing skills, good communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
