Dassault Systèmes' ENOVIA User Virtual Twin is looking for a dynamic Data Scientist with a strategic mindset to join its growing team. In this key role, you will contribute to strategic projects aimed at driving customer adoption and engagement through predictive and prescriptive analytics. This involves leveraging data to optimize user interactions and engagement, thereby contributing significantly to the growth of the ENOVIA brand. You will collaborate closely with different teams across the organization to understand needs, formulate the right questions, and design datasets/ AI agents to generate actionable insights in a scalable and sustainable manner. An essential aspect of this task is communicating results and their implications to various stakeholders through data-driven storytelling. Your tasks

As a Data Scientist at ENOVIA, you will be required to:

Provide high-quality data analysis and insights to internal stakeholders, focusing on user adoption, engagement, and growth.
Take charge of requirement gathering, data collection and analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly visualizations and AI agents from complex datasets from various sources.
Perform comprehensive analyses to identify patterns, trends, and insights in the data to inform strategic decisions, with a particular focus on optimizing engagement and usage adoption.
Understand business processes, associated data flows, and propose improvements to increase data quality and efficiency.
Explore and apply best practices in dashboard design to optimize user experience.
Clearly document all research and work performed.
Develop and implement Machine Learning models and other AI-based analyses.
Use advanced statistical techniques and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analyses related to user engagement and growth.
Stay informed about advancements in AI and integrate them into data analysis strategies.

Your qualifications

You are looking for a 6-month internship, mandatory and subject to a convention. You have a good command of SQL or similar relational languages. Application of statistical techniques to understand relationships between indicators. Initial experience with Python for data processing, manipulation, and analysis. The ability to optimize queries and pipelines for performance. Mastery of AI and ML tools such as Scikit-Learn, Pandas, etc. Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven storytelling skills. Fluent English.
