You will collaborate internally with multidisciplinary teams (consultants, management, industrial management) to support our major industrial customers in Aeronautics and energy. Your tasks: Participate in the development of your scope & ensure project management, communication, and reporting: Define and ensure the application of the project plan and the delivery model Ensure the application of quality and security processes and intervene in case of mismanagement Verify the coverage of contractual commitments and ensure compliance with the contract Organize knowledge capitalization and continuous improvement/industrialization principles Ensure the application of change management activities Lead large-scale projects: Set project objectives (cost, quality, deadlines); Identify and assess risks; Define and monitor action plans; Manage, control, and optimize financial performance (cost, margin, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), forecasts) Manage contractual commitments: Negotiate any amendments in connection with contractual commitments; Intervene to find solutions when there are alerts, disputes, and escalation procedures Facilitate/Lead: Build and coordinate the project team; Facilitate the client relationship; Evaluate the individual and collective performance of the team; Identify needs, participate in recruitment, and ensure integration; Call upon other expertise and manage partners and/or resources external to the Operational Entity; Assess the team's skills, propose, and monitor action plans within their area of responsibility Thus, depending on your motivations, you can join varied projects and/or experience evolution in terms of responsibilities.
Qualifications Let's talk about you: Have you successfully led several projects, including projects with result-based commitments? Have you managed digital transformation projects in an industrial context and/or intervened in a TMA context? Have you participated in deployment projects for ERP or PLM solutions such as 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill, Aras, or Teamcenter? Do you master complex relational environments, business issues and the client environment, financial management of a complex project, and project communication? Do you master agile project management methodology? Do you have good interpersonal and communication skills, a sense of anticipation, rigor, synthesis, and good organizational skills? Do you have a sense of teamwork while having adaptability and an open mind? Are you a good listener with the ability to unite a team and provide meaning? Do you master English? Do you have a Master's degree (BAC+5) from an Engineering School or specialized training in IT, project management, or industry, or equivalent training, and can you demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in project management?
