Operational Project Management Controller (M/F)
Join the Centre National d'Équipement de Production d'Électricité (CNEPE), a strategic unit of the Direction Ingénierie Nucléaire (DirIN) of EDF SA, with over 2,000 people. At the heart of today's and tomorrow's energy challenges, CNEPE is recognized for its engineering expertise and its essential contribution to the design, construction, and maintenance of electricity production facilities in nuclear power plants. It contributes to the life extension of the French nuclear fleet in operation, as well as the design of new power plants in France and abroad. Its scope of responsibility consists of the conventional island systems (machine room, cold source, transformer, alternator, air cooler, site protection). Within the Contrôle de Gestion Opérationnel et Planification (MCGOP) task, we are recruiting our Operational Project Management Controller (CGOP) to contribute to the performance management of a project with high stakes for the EDF Group.
Your daily life: Being a value-added support for the success of investment and sold projects:
- Construction of optimized cost trajectories in the short, medium, and long term, in connection with the Project schedule. Providing advice on the relevance of costs in view of possible optimizations, while respecting any communicated financial frameworks.
- Estimation of project cost-to-complete and weighting of provisions for risks and opportunities.
- Acting as a source of proposals, challenges, and alerts regarding the financial impact and consequences of planned operations on investment and sold projects.
- Participation in the preparation of presentation files for Group Management bodies (Directoires and/or CECEG) and performance reviews.
- Validating and guaranteeing financial information on the investment:
- Mastery of financial estimates and their underlying technical assumptions (technical, costs & revenues, deadlines, risks & opportunities).
- Producing various financial reports and dashboards, with identification and characterization of variances, as well as an alert and relay role towards the Project Management, Unit management control, the finance division, and/or the investor client.
- Budgetary management in the short, medium, and long term: driving the trajectory exercise, budget re-forecasting, re-evaluating the remaining work, analysis, and synthesis of evolutions.
You hold a Bac+5 (acquired or recognized level) in management and corporate finance, and you have at least 2 years of experience in management control.
Your soft skills: rigor, organizational skills, synthesis skills, interpersonal skills.
Your hard skills: good knowledge of management and corporate finance, solid mastery of EXCEL and Management IS, advanced practice of English (B2 level).

Base annual gross remuneration excluding bonuses: from €38,000 to €57,000, depending on diploma and professional experience. Global package including: individual performance bonus, profit-sharing, and employee savings.
