Your tasks
Within the Sopra Steria Aeroline teams (+6,000 dedicated employees in the Aeronautics and space domain), you will work on our various projects as a Digital Project Manager. Take on new challenges by joining a team that will allow you to dive into the heart of projects for leaders in the Aeronautics sector.
Within projects for our major accounts, you will join a dynamic team that supports you until the successful completion of your tasks.
Reporting to your community, you will benefit from follow-up and support to help you successfully carry out your activities and develop yourself.
Your role and your tasks A true major player in pre-sales, you will supervise several projects in traditional or agile cycles:
- You participate in estimation, planning, and monitoring project progress, develop the provisional schedule, distribute activities, and manage the teams involved,
- You define the tools, methods, and procedures guaranteeing the smooth running of the project,
- You ensure delivery in compliance with deadlines, budget, and expected quality,
- You are the primary interlocutor for the client for the entire duration of the project,
- You facilitate and participate in steering committees and project committees (internal and client),
- You present the reporting requested as part of the internal management model,
- You guarantee the fulfillment of commitments made to the client and management,
- You identify, evaluate, and anticipate risks and blocking points,
- You propose preventive and curative action plans to control them,
- You ensure the monitoring of project performance indicators (quality, workload, progress, budget),
- You support teams in the design and integration of technical infrastructure components,
- You perform continuous technological monitoring related to the solutions and infrastructures of the scope,
- You are a source of proposals to modernize, optimize, or industrialize internal practices and projects.
Requirements
A graduate with a Bac+5 (engineering school or equivalent university training), you have at least 5 years of experience on TMA and Build projects,
You possess excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills,
You have a sense of commitment, respect for milestones, and responsibilities,
You enjoy teamwork and transverse coordination,
Your organizational, monitoring, and rigor skills, your sense of customer service, your reactivity, your dynamism, your ability to adapt, and teamwork are all assets for succeeding in this task,
You are also a source of proposals in the implementation of new IT projects,
