For more information, visit our site www.3ds.com/frAu within the Group HR department in the "Culture and Management" organization, responsible for generalizing/strengthening the Culture and Values of Dassault Systèmes among all employees, our "Culture & Leadership" team is tasked with implementing training programs & pathways to support the development of managers and their teams and thus contribute to the transformation of Dassault Systèmes.

Your tasks

As part of the Corporate Leadership and Management Development programs, you will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of our Learning Portfolios, as well as to various cross-functional projects dedicated to employees and managers, on an international scale.

You will provide your contribution on the following points and in collaboration with the HR ecosystem:

• Preparation of the 2027 Learning portfolios with the implementation of a new Learning Strategy focused on AI for our Manager and Employee audience
• Organization of Leadership conferences
• Launch & management of the 2027 Manager Certification campaigns
• Creation of training content in innovative formats - Communication on the internal collaboration platform dedicated to Managers

Your qualifications

You are preparing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university specializing in human resources, management, and are looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship.

You have a first experience, ideally in an internship, in project management and/or Human Resources. You demonstrate a real interest in artificial intelligence tools and are comfortable using them in a professional context. You have an appetite for qualitative data analysis. You have a fluent level of English, both spoken and written. Recognized for your interpersonal skills, rigor, organizational skills, team spirit, and proactivity, you enjoy working in collaborative and dynamic environments. Proficiency in an LLM-type tool as well as knowledge of Canva and Camtasia would be an additional asset.
