Job Description Wavestone's Marketing & Communication department currently brings together about forty marketing, communication, and design experts serving a common ambition: to strengthen Wavestone's leadership in its markets and contribute sustainably to its growth. As a strategic business partner, the team designs and deploys a global strategy, adapted to local priorities, around a triple task:

  • Developing Wavestone's awareness, reputation, and influence among its clients, talents, investors, shareholders, and its entire ecosystem, across its 17 geographies;
  • Transforming brand strength into a growth lever by supporting priority markets (France, US/UK, Germany/Switzerland/Austria), key accounts, and the issues associated with the Lead the shift strategic plan, particularly around artificial intelligence.

Under the leadership of the Corporate, Internal, and Employer Brand Communication Manager, you will participate in the definition and deployment of the talent attraction and engagement strategy within the firm.
