As part of the People Value Services team, you will contribute to the smooth running of HR services. You will join a team at the heart of HR operations, which is particularly busy during annual HR campaigns and newcomer onboarding periods. In a high-activity context, you will participate in supporting employees with their administrative and HR questions while contributing to various projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.

Your tasks

You will support the People Value Services team in its daily activities and will notably participate in:

  • Responding to requests from employees, managers, and HR interlocutors via the ticket management tool;
  • Ensuring the processing and follow-up of HR administrative requests;
  • Performing data updates in HR tools (organizational changes, personnel movements, administrative updates, etc.);
  • Participating in the administrative management of maternity, paternity leave, and other employee life events;
  • Contributing to the monitoring and reporting of actions related to the disability task;
  • Participating in the organization and coordination of initiatives dedicated to parenthood and housing;
  • Contributing to internal communication actions aimed at managers and employees;
  • Participating in the sharing and dissemination of HR information within the various internal communities;
  • Providing support to HR teams during periods of high activity, notably during annual HR campaigns and intern onboarding waves.
