Finance transformation is responsible for coordinating and providing expertise on cross-functional initiatives and projects of the Group Finance Department involving a technical dimension in terms of accounting or reporting, ensuring that all stakeholders are consulted and/or informed. This department is composed of business experts in charge of optimizing Financial processes and change management, but also a team dedicated to Data and innovation and project managers.

Your tasks

• Modeling of target Finance processes defined throughout the GENESIS project (SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud ERP implementation program), under BPMN standard, in the Group tool (CATIA Magic) and alignment with Group standards
• Definition of indicators evaluating tool adoption as defined by the Core Model
• Creation of impactful communication materials on the project for the Finance community
• Participation in change management activities: satisfaction and project adherence surveys, co-facilitating workshops, maintaining user groups, preparing interactive training materials (Walk Me)
• Active participation in the animation of the Finance function in collaboration with the "Group Finance Transformation" director

Your qualifications

Student in a BAC+5 curriculum in an engineering school or university training with a specialty in human resources, you are looking for a 6-month internship.

• Skills in Finance and potentially project management
• Good knowledge and great appetite for digital tools
• Soft skills: creative, proactive and a source of proposals, good communication and interpersonal skills in an international and rapidly transforming environment, collective spirit and listening to others
• Fluent English

Contract type: Internships with school agreement only
