It also defines the strategic orientations for training and talent development to support performance and prepare the skills of tomorrow at Dassault Systèmes. It provides a solution to GEOs training needs in accordance with the global strategy and local market needs. The EUROWEST Training and Development team, composed of about a dozen people, covers the needs of more than 4,500 employees based in France (Vélizy campus and 14 sites in the provinces), Spain, United Arab Emirates, and South Africa. And it is to join this team that we are looking for a Training Officer, based at our Vélizy-Villacoublay campus.

Your tasks

As part of this internship, you will participate in the following tasks:

• Participate in the organization's Virtual Twin project, through: Finalization and maintenance of processes within the framework of the APQC framework- Design and animation of communication around processes to ensure adoption- Participation in the definition and creation of Learning Business Methods (LBM) related to processes- Contribution to the LBM adoption plan (communication, training content, workshop animation)- Contribute to the construction and development of the Skills Development Plan for the Learning & Development role within the organization.- Animation of existing development tools (Learn&Grow Insights news, Learn & Share Talks, .)- Participation in the creation of training content for Learning & Development- Measurement and management of the Skills Development Plan success indicators- Assist Learning Managers in the onboarding and integration phase of Learning & Development within the framework of the LMS change project.

Your qualifications

Student in a Master's level (Bac+5) program in a higher education school or university training, with a specialization in Human Resources, Training, Instructional Design, or Marketing, you are looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship. You are proficient in digital tools and the Pack Office. You are comfortable in English and have a good understanding of the challenges of skills development. You enjoy content creation and communication. You have already managed projects and demonstrate initiative and organization. You are creative, rigorous, and proactive. You have organizational, listening, and communication skills.
