For more information, visit our site www.3ds.com/frRattaché(e) Reporting to the Brands, Industry & Marketing Human Resources Department, you will evolve in a highly international environment and support managers and teams spread across different regions of the world. In coordination with Business Leaders and global and local HR teams, you will contribute to the deployment of HR processes, the monitoring of organizational priorities, and the execution of strategic HR projects. This internship will allow you to discover the role of HR Business Partner in an international environment, to work in coordination with HR and business interlocutors around the world, and to contribute to global and transformation HR projects.

Your tasks

• Contribute to the implementation of annual HR and managerial processes, respecting deadlines and Group rules.
• Participate in the monitoring and analysis of key HR indicators: headcount, attrition, talents, international mobility, and recruitment.
• Contribute to the preparation of talent reviews as well as the monitoring of succession and development plans.
• Support managers in the deployment of initiatives related to employee engagement and in the monitoring of associated action plans.
• Contribute to the development of HR communication materials and plans intended for an international audience.
• Participate in various transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives led by the HR team.

Your qualifications

You are preparing a Master's degree (Bac+5), in a business school or university, with a specialization in Human Resources, and are looking for a six-month internship. Ideally, you have initial experience in Human Resources, through an internship or work-study program, within an international company or group. You are proficient in the Office Pack, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. You possess good analytical, synthesis, and coordination skills. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken, as you will be required to regularly interact with Business Leaders and HR colleagues located in different countries. You are rigorous, organized, reactive, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills. You enjoy teamwork in a multicultural environment and know how to demonstrate autonomy and proactivity.
