Professional Services purchasing includes HR categories (Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Compensation & benefits), Finance, Legal, Subcontracting, Consulting, Translation. Within a dynamic team composed of buyers working at the Dassault Systèmes headquarters in Vélizy-Villacoublay, you will participate in various buyer tasks throughout your internship. You will be integrated into the Professional Services Purchasing team, which is part of the Group Purchasing Department within the Finance Department. Professional Services purchasing includes HR categories (Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Compensation & benefits), Finance, Legal, Subcontracting, Consulting, Translation. Within a dynamic team composed of buyers working at the Dassault Systèmes headquarters in Vélizy-Villacoublay, you will participate in various buyer tasks throughout your internship.

Your tasks

The future intern may be in charge of, among others, the following tasks:

• Conducting supplier sourcing
• Managing tactical Tenders autonomously
• Supporting Category managers on large tenders
• Negotiations
• Preparation and implementation of purchasing contracts
• Assistance with the integration of acquisitions/new legal entities for Professional Services Purchasing
• Spend analysis
• Cleaning of spend and supplier classification
• Reporting / KPI monitoring
• Assistance in the preparation of purchasing category roadmaps

You will evolve in an international and multicultural context. This experience will allow you to understand the purchasing process as a whole and to discover the role of a Category manager within a purchasing department.

Your qualifications

Student in a BAC+4/BAC+5 curriculum in a business school or university training with a specialty in purchasing, you are looking for a 6-month internship.

• You master the Office pack (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
• You also master English in both written and spoken forms.
• You are curious and demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• You are organized and proactive in making proposals.
• Your excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, sense of service, and ability to gain the support of your internal clients will be necessary assets for success.
