As a polyvalent employee, you will be responsible for a varied set of tasks within production, with an emphasis on the tuft department:

• Setting up bobbins (± 4 kg)
• Knotting bobbins
• Operating and keeping machines running
• In the long term: learning to set up the machines
• Providing polyvalent assistance within the company (e.g., packing, support for other departments)
• You have a very flexible mindset (essential)
• You speak English well
• You are willing to start in the day shift for training, followed by a transition to 2-shifts
• Physical work does not deter you
• You work accurately and have technical insight
• Experience in production or textile is a plus, but not a must
