JOB DESCRIPTION

Organization and coordination:

• Organizing the warehouse according to the communicated plan and respecting the established objectives
• Ensuring communication between shifts and passing on the necessary data to the next team leader
• Participating in team briefings, thinking actively, and anticipating needs to guarantee smooth warehouse operations

Supervision and operational management:

• Supervising the entire process from order preparation to loading the truck
• Supervising the picking process while being present on the floor yourself
• Preparing goods, receiving picking lists, positioning pallets, and consolidating if necessary
• Managing problem zones (ZPROBLEM 1-2-3) and Lost & Found
• Maintaining warehouse equipment to guarantee correct operation

Personnel management:

• Managing leave requests and aligning schedules accordingly
• Conducting annual evaluations of employees and planning their training to ensure professional development

PROFILE

• Proficient in using scanners and familiar with relevant software
• Experience with motorized internal transport equipment
• Ability to interpret KPIs and derive the correct strategy
