Location: Kluisbergen Industry: Rubber Manufacturing Work Schedule: 2 shifts (early & late)

About the Company

We are a well-established rubber manufacturing company based in Kluisbergen, specialized in the production of high-quality rubber products for various industrial applications. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Production Operator to strengthen our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machines
• Setting up machines according to production parameters
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Identifying and reporting technical or production issues
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized working environment
• Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets

PROFIEL

• You have first experience as an operator in a production environment
• Technical insight and willingness to learn
• Ability to work accurately and independently
• Good understanding of safety and quality standards
• You are flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system
• Good knowledge of English (Dutch is a plus)
