QA/QC Assistance Manager

• Analyze causes of operational problems, monitor improvements, and implement preventive actions
• Prepare action plans to improve product quality
• Support new program development processes, product inspection, and customer approval
• Conduct internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• Oversee ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 according to customer requirements and requests
• Prepare quality documents such as APQP, PPAP, 8D, 4M & SIT/SOP

Qualifications: Male/Female, age 25-40 years (Males must have completed military service) Bachelor's degree in Engineering At least 3-4 years of experience in QA/QC within the automotive industry At least 2 years of management experience in a QA/QC Assistant Manager position Conversational English level Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO14001, and ISO9001 Experience working in an automotive company Ability to prepare quality documents such as APQP, PPAP Proficiency in MS Office Experience working with QMS will be specially considered English: Conversational Experience working with FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, etc.
