IPQC : Inspector Process Quality Control

• Inspect raw materials and products before production and during the production process

• Control and segregate defective parts from good parts

• Record data into the Data Inspector Sheet

• Inspect part quality, read Drawing, and use measuring tools such as Vernier, Height Gauge

• Requisition Jig for the Production department to use for inspecting parts during the production process

• Follow up on documents related to the work to ensure compliance with requirements

• Contact and coordinate with relevant departments

• Prepare inspection result records and report to the supervisor

• Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications: Male/Female, age 25–35 years (Males must have completed military service) Education: Vocational Certificate or higher in fields related to Quality/Production/Mechanical At least 1 year of work experience in Quality Control (QC / IPQC) Able to make preliminary decisions regarding quality inspection work Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible Able to read Drawing / Technical Drawing Able to use measuring tools such as Vernier, Dial Thickness Gauge, Pin Gauge correctly Fair ability in reading and writing English Able to work overtime and work in shifts Able to commute to work independently Experience in IPQC / QC Inspector will be specially considered
