PAY RANGE : 200K-250K

Role Description Find & Win New Partners

Research and identify potential retailers, beauty stores, salons, pharmacies and other relevant businesses. Visit prospects, understand their business and customer base, present our brands and convert them into stockists.

Research Before You Pitch

We expect you to do your homework. Understand the potential partner, their customers, competitors, product assortment and commercial opportunity before walking into a meeting.

Create Persuasive Presentations

Develop presentations and proposals that capture the essence of our brands while clearly communicating why stocking our products makes business sense for the partner.

Manage & Grow Existing Partners

Visit existing partners, build relationships, understand what is working and what isn’t, identify opportunities and help drive product sell-through.

Bring Energy to Fairs & Exhibitions

Be actively involved in exhibitions, fairs and brand activations—drawing people to the booth, starting conversations, educating customers, creating excitement and converting engagement into sales.

Strong Marketing & Persuasion Skills

Understand how to position a brand, tell a compelling story, communicate value and confidently move people from interest to action.

Understand Digital Marketing

Have a good understanding of digital marketing and how content, social media, campaigns and online activity can support awareness, customer acquisition and sales.

Be Analytical & Commercially Minded

Be comfortable looking at sales data, market trends, competitor activity and partner performance to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.

Be Teachable

Open to feedback, willing to learn and able to adapt quickly.

Think Outside the Box & Take Initiative

We want someone who sees an opportunity, comes up with an idea and takes ownership of making it happen—not someone who waits to be told every step.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move between a boardroom presentation, a retail store visit and a busy beauty exhibition—and be effective in all three.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to identify, build, and sustain mutually beneficial collaborations. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to negotiate, present proposals, and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities, interpret performance data, and provide actionable recommendations. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support revenue growth through partner channels and collaborative initiatives. Experience in beauty, retail, or FMCG industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with the Lagos market.
