The Senior HR Oracle Tech Lead

We are looking for a Senior HR Oracle Technology Lead!

Important US company | 100% Remote Modality | LATAM Zone English Level: B2 - C1 (Mandatory)

We are looking for a Senior professional with solid experience in Oracle HR, integrations, and enterprise architecture, to take on a technical leadership role within the HR technology ecosystem. This will be a position with a strong hands-on component, participating in architecture, integrations, development, and support of Oracle platforms. We are especially looking for a profile that can combine: Technical Expertise + leadership + architectural vision + hands-on capability.

Technical requirements:

• +8 years of experience working with Oracle HR
• Solid and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Advanced mastery of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x, especially HR / Payroll
• Extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• REST / SOAP, file-based, and event-driven integrations
• Solid knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL
• Experience with Oracle Workflow & AME
• Knowledge of Forms / OA Framework
• Experience with OBIEE, BI Publisher, and Web ADI
• Experience leading technical initiatives and providing support to enterprise HR platforms.
