Client Service Associate in banking /5 to 6mths / $3000

Professional who manages day-to-day account administration, supports relationship managers or private bankers, and handles client inquiries, transactions, and compliance documentation

"Experience from Banking Industry as Customer Service (Digital Platforms)"

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging and assisting clients with application submission through FCO DIY or branch desktop channel
• Collecting KYC information and supporting documentation from clients
• Collecting and collating Source of Wealth (SOW) documentation
• Handling all documents and Verification Calls

• Submitting applications for approval (acting as Maker in a Maker-Checker control framework)
• Accessing new screening systems m- like Eclipse, Jabber, NESS ...(training provided)
• Qualifications/Experience

Diploma or Degree in Finance or Banking Experience with banking, or financial institution digital platforms and technology support is a strong advantage. Excellent customer service skills
