JOB OBJECTIVE:

Plan, direct, and control the processes of attraction, administration, development, and retention of personnel across all areas of the company, ensuring that the workforce is complete, trained, and correctly hired, that payroll and employer obligations are met in a timely and proper manner, and that labor relations are managed in accordance with the Ley Federal del Trabajo, minimizing legal risks and turnover.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Keep the workforce updated
  • Post vacancies, filter candidates, conduct competency-based interviews and psychometric tests, and coordinate medical exams and socioeconomic studies when the position requires it.
  • Onboarding of new employees, and integrate the complete hiring file before the first day of work and register the worker in IMSS in a timely manner.
  • Personnel administration and preparation of weekly and biweekly payroll.
  • Supervise the recording of incidents (absences, permits, disabilities, overtime, worked rest days, commissions, and bonuses) and validate the pre-payroll before its authorization.
  • Control vacations, vacation premium, aguinaldo, seniority premiums, and profit sharing (PTU).
  • Safeguard and keep updated the personnel files, both physical and digital, in accordance with personal data protection regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain current individual contracts, the internal work regulations, and personnel policies; manage their registration and dissemination.
  • Apply the disciplinary procedure: administrative records, warnings, suspensions, and terminations, ensuring proper documentary support and settlements (finiquitos).
  • Verify compliance with the regulations applicable to the company (among others: Ley Federal del Trabajo, Ley del Seguro Social, NOM-035)
  • Perform the annual training needs diagnosis and prepare the corresponding plan and budget.
  • Coordinate internal and external courses, integrate the Comisión Mixta de Capacitación, and issue DC-3 certificates.
  • Administer performance evaluation, individual improvement plans, and the identification of personnel with potential for promotion, and work climate.
  • Keep job descriptions and the salary scale updated based on market studies.
  • Follow up on work risks, disabilities, and ST-7 / ST-9 before the IMSS.
  • Supervise the delivery and use of EPP
  • Deliver the area indicators and the workforce report to the Management with the established periodicity KPI'S.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate the Human Resources team.
  • Document and improve the area's procedures and its formats.
