Product Compliance Student Assistant

In this Product Compliance Student Assistant role, you’ll be… Supporting our Director of Product Compliance with project organisation and administrative tasks to keep compliance initiatives moving smoothly.

Assisting with daily platform tasks to keep compliance workflows and documentation organised.

Acting in a project management and coordination role, keeping senior internal stakeholders informed, aligned, and supported in their compliance responsibilities.

Helping map internal processes and workflows to support the team in maintaining active certifications and preparing for new regulatory frameworks.

Gaining a unique opportunity to apply your legal, business, or cybersecurity background to a fast-scaling tech company while learning directly from experienced compliance leaders.

Who is the Product Compliance Team? The Product Compliance Team sits at the core of Formalize's mission to help organisations navigate the complex GRC universe safely and effortlessly. We are dedicated to ensuring our platform is legally sound, technically compliant, and continuously evolving to foresee regulatory shifts. We bridge the gap between complex legal requirements, technical security, and product features while supporting senior stakeholders across the business. Essentially, we contribute to our vision by turning evolving compliance frameworks into reliable product features that keep our customers safe, fair, and functional. What you’ll bring: More than one year left of your studies in a relevant field focusing on Law, Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or something similar.

Practical experience in project coordination or stakeholder management, ideally gained from a previous student job, internship, or university initiative.

Comfort reading, understanding, and working with technical or legal documentation.

Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and follow up constructively with diverse stakeholders.

A tech-savvy, proactive mindset with a willingness to work directly within our platform to help optimise processes.

Availability to work 15–20 hours per week at our Aarhus office.

What do we offer you? A starting salary of DKK 155 per hour, with the potential to increase up to DKK 195 per hour as your expertise grows.
