Associate Consultant

Full-time, Accra

Forma Consulting audits private schools in Ghana and rebuilds the systems behind their results. We are hiring an Associate Consultant to work alongside the team on live engagements.

What you will do

— Audit schools: interviews, classroom observation, records review

— Collect the evidence behind every score we give

— Draft audit reports and improvement plans

— Install systems alongside a school's own staff

Who we are looking for

— A degree in any discipline, or equivalent capability

— Strong written English. Clear writing is most of this job

— Comfort with data and spreadsheets

— Confidence to ask difficult questions of senior people

No consulting experience? We are open to strong graduates: we train you.
