Senior 3D Designer

FÖRM is an events management and experiential marketing agency. We're looking for a Senior 3D Designer to turn event concepts into realistic, buildable spaces, from stages and exhibition booths to brand activations and gala setups. Design 3D concepts for events, stages, booths, activations and venue layouts.

Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders and walkthroughs for client pitches and proposals.

Turn creative briefs and moodboards into clear spatial concepts, working closely with the creative, marketing and production teams.

Prepare technical drawings, dimensions and material specs that production suppliers can build from.

Work on tender and RFP submissions, often on tight deadlines.

Revise designs based on client feedback and on-site constraints.

Guide and review the work of junior designers and freelancers when needed.

5+ years of experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, retail or interiors.

Expert in 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona. Cinema 4D, Blender or SketchUp is a plus.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop.

A strong portfolio of built event, stage or exhibition projects.

Understanding of materials, fabrication, lighting and LED screens.

Able to handle several projects at once and deliver fast without losing quality.

Good English communication skills.

Nice to have: experience with UAE or GCC clients, animation or walkthrough videos, and Unreal Engine or real-time rendering.
