Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related major;
2. At least 5 years of relevant financial management experience in medium-sized or large enterprises; relevant work experience in Southeast Asia of 2 years or more is preferred;
3. Work experience in finance at express freight companies or other franchise-network platform enterprises is preferred;
4. Holding CPA/ACCA certificates; 2 years or more of work experience in Southeast Asia; finance experience at express freight or franchise-network platform enterprises.
5. English can be used as a working language; familiarity with Indonesian is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

1. In accordance with the Group's unified accounting and financial management requirements, formulate the Indonesian company's financial strategy, capital and asset operation plans, and annual financial plans, and supervise their implementation; formulate the overall tax management scheme for Indonesia;
2. Conduct professional assessments of the company's financial position and operating conditions and review all financial data; preside over the company's annual budgeting and final accounts, providing a basis for the company's decision-making;
3. Responsible for team building and personnel management of the Indonesian company's finance team;
4. Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with external institutions such as tax authorities, banks, and audit firms, to meet the company's needs for compliant operations.
