Position

We are looking for an Industrial Methods Technician on a temporary basis for our client, a leader in the aeronautics sector.

As part of a cross-functional support activity for the support industrialization activity, the mission consists of:

• Verifying the completeness of data necessary for industrial activities: production or repair (bill of materials, assembly drawings, test procedures, repair and test means, specifications, internal and subcontracted elongations)
• Preparing documentation, tools, and processes for production and inspection based on information provided by R&D engineering teams and technical production and repair data
• Ensuring the update of industrial data in the ERP: manufacturing range (production) and / maintenance instruction (repairs), or in the technical reference database

• JOB MISSIONS (EMPLOYEE'S DAILY ROUTINE)
• Analysis of definition files (PLM/Palma), ERP/SAP data, means and skills of internal production units, and subcontracting status.
• Cross-functional exchanges within methods with the benches / means teams, with repair technicians and electronic and electromechanical specialists, and subcontractors.
• Drafting of operating ranges, synthesis of industrialization documents.
• Analysis and proposal of industrialization topics (repair / manufacturing) at the Fleury site.
• Progress tracking reporting in a database
• May participate in working groups on product/process problem resolution and on continuous industrial improvement.

Profile

Industrial methods technician position. We are looking for a person with a minimum of experience (including Apprenticeship)

Knowledge of mechanical / electromechanical / electrical drawing concepts

A person who has worked in methods and knows what a range is. Knowledge of a PLM and an ERP

Technical English is necessary!

What are the essential skills / knowledge

You have 5 years of experience in industrial methods

Knowledge of ERP / PLM product bill of materials, for example (SAP / Palma)

What are the desired skills / knowledge

1. You have general knowledge in electronics.
2. You have general knowledge in electromechanics.
3. You have general knowledge in mechanics (manufacturing, sheet metal, painting, refrigeration technician)

• Contract: 1st initial contract of 6 months renewable (long-term perspective).

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (daytime)
• Remuneration: Attractive salary according to experience + 13th month + 20% allowances (IFM/CP).
