The Role: We are hiring a Corporate Finance & Performance Associate to take ownership of our internal financials. This is not just a desk job—you will be the financial backbone of the group, responsible for everything from high-level management reporting to the assertive management of our Accounts Receivable (AR).

What You Will Do:

• Execute internal reconciliation and consolidation of the Group's financials across our regional entities.
• Generate accurate management accounts and report directly to the Partners on the group's financial performance.
• Manage full-set accounting
• Take charge of Credit Control: Proactively call clients and partners to chase outstanding payments and ensure healthy cash flow.

Who We Are Looking For: Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in full-set accounting and AP/AR management. Education: Graduated with a Bachelor's in Accounting from a reputable university. Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.

Personality (The ABCs): Proactive, confident, and highly articulate. You must be completely comfortable and politely assertive when picking up the phone to follow up on overdue invoices from clients and executives.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 Days WFO (Central Jakarta) / 2 Days WFH.

Qualifications We Are Looking For: Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in full-set accounting and AP/AR management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university. Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.

Personality (A, B, C): Proactive, confident, and communicative. You must feel comfortable and be able to be assertive (yet polite) when calling clients or executives to collect overdue invoices.
