Customer Service Junior - Agente de Carga

We continue to grow! We are looking for a Customer Service Junior who wants to take the next step in their professional career, providing an excellent service experience to position our brand as a leader in the sector.

What functions will you perform?

• Support requests and instructions for assigned cargo, providing tracking information to the client from the acceptance of the quotation and service scheduling until its arrival at destination.
• Respond to inquiries during the provision of services and suggest complementary options according to the client's requirements via email, telephone, or videoconference.
• Assist in the receipt and verification of shipment documentation provided by the client, managing the necessary coordinations to rectify any discrepancies.
• Forward to the operations area the documents required for arrival tracking, the collection of BLs (Bill of Lading), the presentation of the breakdown, and other operational procedures.
• Coordinate cargo information (description, volume, weight, among others) with the agents assigned at the point of origin to timely schedule collections.
• Provide support in the review and verification of cargo entering the central warehouse.

What do you need to be part of the team?

• Graduate of International Business, Administration, or related careers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position.
• English at an Intermediate level.
• Ms Office at an Advanced level.
