Attend a paid training session Moderate a 90min in-person Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Groups will be coordinated by Forbes Research Take notes Paid per session moderated, to commit to entire project (i.e., 2-3 FGDs) Requirements Past IDI / FGD experience is highly valued Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening Excellent interpersonal skills Able to converse in Bahasa Melayu Prior experience performing Umrah is highly valued Benefits Training session: $80 FGD moderation (90min): $120 / session with >6 participants
