🔹 Key Responsibilities (岗位职责):

• Professional Treatments: Deliver high-quality massage therapies, body treatments, and wellness services tailored to customer needs.
• Customer Consultation: Understand customer queries and expectations, providing confident and professional recommendations on spa products and treatments.
• Guest Relations: Handle customer enquiries and appointment bookings efficiently to ensure a seamless, premium visit.
• Hygiene & Standards: Maintain strict cleanliness by sanitising work areas, changing treatment room linens, and sterilising equipment before each use.
• Inventory Management: Prepare treatment products and manage stock replenishment to ensure smooth daily operations.

🔹 Job Requirements (岗位要求):

• Experience & Skills: Proven experience as a Massage/Spa Therapist. Valid massage certification (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent recognized certifications) is highly advantageous.
• Personality & Grooming: Customer-oriented with a warm, pleasant personality and excellent personal grooming/presentation.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with premium clients.
• Work Attitude: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and after office hours based on roster.
