Job Description

Foodcase is looking for an enthusiastic operational assistant. In this position, you will be part of the Operations team and support your colleagues where necessary. You have a practical attitude and a true "hands-on" mentality. Collaborating with other departments is no problem for you. Your duties consist of - Processing, preparing, and sending sample requests from customers. - Getting sample items in stock and keeping them in stock. - Light administrative tasks, including maintaining and processing the sample mailbox. - Maintaining and keeping the external storage location in order. - Performing trips within the Netherlands or physically delivering samples by plane. - Supporting the entire Foodcase team with various practical tasks.

• You have a practical attitude and take on tasks independently.
• You are accurate, proactive, and love to roll up your sleeves.
• You can collaborate well and are flexibly deployable.
• You possess a driving license B (required).
• Working hours can be scheduled flexibly in consultation, making this position excellent to combine with studies.
• Proficiency of the English language is a requirement.
