Join Common Man Coffee Roasters and build your barista skills in abusy café environment where quality coffee, great service and teamwork cometogether.
☕ The Role
- Prepare coffee and support daily bar operations
- Learn espresso preparation, dialling in and milk texturing
- Develop your latte art and specialty coffee knowledge
- Keep your bar clean, organised and service-ready
- Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests
- Support the team during busy service
👀 We're Looking For
- Some café or F&B experience preferred
- No formal barista qualification required
- Interested in coffee and keen to learn
- Positive attitude and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with a service mindset
