🕔  Schedule: 44 hours/week | 5-day work week

☕  Your Day-to-Day : Take the lead on floor operations, ensuring seamless service from first flat white to last pour-over.

Guide and mentor the service team to deliver consistent, guest-centric hospitality.

Recommend and pair coffees, cocktails, and wines confidently — elevating the guest experience.

Be the bridge between the barista bar, kitchen, and guests — ensuring speed, accuracy, and smiles.

Manage bookings and walk-ins to maximise flow during peak brunch rushes and weekday lulls.

Maintain a clean, safe, and service-ready environment.
