- Take charge of your section during prep and service
- Prepare and cook brunch and seasonal dishes
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and quality
- Plan and manage mise en place for smooth service
- Keep your station organised, clean and service-ready
- Support and guide junior kitchen team members
👀 We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Confident with cooking, prep and service
- Able to stay organised during busy periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Takes ownership and pride in their work
- Leadership experience is an advantage
🎁 What We Offer
- $2,800–$3,200 monthly salary
- 5-day work week | 44 hours
