Stall Assistant

Supports the day-to-day operations of a food stall in a food court. Main Job Scope and Duties Food & Drink Preparation : Washing, peeling, slicing, and chopping ingredients, or doing basic cooking and making drinks (like kopi or teh). Customer Service & Cashiering : Taking orders, serving food or drinks to customers, and handling payments via cash or POS systems. Housekeeping & Cleaning : Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, as well as wiping down tables, counters, and cooking equipment. Stock & Inventory Management : Checking supplies, restocking ingredients, and moving inventory as needed. Stall Operations : Stall opening and closing routines
