You are responsible for our entire German-speaking top-of-funnel: from the first contact to the qualified demo handover to our Account Executives, and you have what it takes to become a closer yourself in just a few months.

What to expect

• Our marketing provides numerous leads every day - you are responsible for qualifying them

• Multi Channel Outreach: Phone, E-mail, LinkedIn - plus testing new channels

• Building sequences: Formulating hypotheses, testing, measuring, improving

• Active participation in shaping SDR processes in a rapidly growing startup

• Onboarding new customers

• As a top-performing SDR, you have the unique opportunity with us to become an Account Executive yourself within a few months

Who we are looking for

• 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, ideally B2B SaaS.

• You are naturally competitive, want to maximize your output, and are motivated by uncapped commission

• German language skills appropriate to the activity, confident presence on the phone

• Good English (company language)

• 60,000 - 90,000 € (fixed salary + uncapped commission)
