Full Stack Developer

Daily tasks

• Contribute to architecture decisions and build across the full stack
• Own infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines, and release process.
• Monitor platform health, drive uptime and reliability, and lead incident response if necessary
• Own cloud cost optimisation across our Azure estate
• Participate in agile ceremonies and translate requirements into technical delivery
• Mentorship within the team as the team grows

Requirements

Our Requirements Strong C#/.NET and Angular/TypeScript, with production experience building and shipping across both. Solid Azure experience including hands-on DevOps CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring and alerting. Production experience with Cosmos DB or another NoSQL/document database. Comfortable owning problems end-to-end: architecture through implementation, testing, and maintenance. Around 4+ years full-stack or backend-leaning experience, capable of real ownership of an Azure estate. Nice to Have Microsoft Fabric, Azure Functions and event/message-driven architecture (Service Bus), Azure AI Foundry (we're integrating LLM capability with human-in-the-loop review), Python, SQL.
