The position:
As part of a permanent contract (CDI) recruitment on behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Cybersecurity & IT Risks Manager (M/F).
You will join the Information Systems Department of a rapidly evolving Group and will report to General Management.
In a context of structuring and increasing the maturity of cybersecurity challenges, you will act as a key player, with a position that is both operational and structural.
You will work closely with IT and business teams to deploy pragmatic security measures, adapted to business challenges and oriented towards return on investment.
The position is evolvable, with a progressive increase in responsibility over a period of approximately 2 years.
As such, your missions are as follows:
- Lead and evolve the IS security measures (EDR, SIEM, IAM?), actively participating in technical choices and their implementation
- Supervise security incident management in direct link with IT teams, with an operational and resolution-oriented approach
- Manage a SOC (internal or outsourced) adapted to the Group's needs
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize cybersecurity risks based on their business impact, and propose concrete, realistic actions adapted to field constraints
- Support IT projects and validate IS evolutions by integrating security requirements from the design stage
- Lead security projects while remaining involved in their operational implementation
- Build and deploy a progressive, pragmatic cybersecurity roadmap aligned with the Group's challenges
- Work daily with IT and business teams to integrate security into practices and projects
- Raise awareness and train employees on cybersecurity challenges with concrete actions adapted to usage
- Ensure clear and useful reporting to General Management and guarantee a level of compliance adapted to internal and external requirements
- Maintain active monitoring of threats and market solutions to anticipate necessary evolutions
One day of teleworking per week is possible after an onboarding period.
Regular presence on-site is expected to foster proximity with the teams.
Profile sought:
A graduate of a Bac +4/+5 level IT training, you have several years of successful experience in IT and cybersecurity environments, with strong operational exposure.
You have an initially technical profile, with a proven ability to intervene concretely on security topics (infrastructures, systems, projects, incident management) and to challenge technical choices.
You are comfortable in complex and transforming environments, where you must both structure, evolve, and above all, act concretely in the field.
Your approach is pragmatic and results-oriented: you know how to arbitrate between security challenges, operational constraints, and business objectives, with a logic of value and return on investment.
You have already held roles related to cybersecurity or risk management in an IT context, ideally with a dimension of project management and implementation of security solutions.
Your level of spoken and written English allows you to communicate easily with international interlocutors. Experience in an international environment is a plus.
You know how to work in close proximity with IT and business teams, creating buy-in and engaging teams without a purely hierarchical posture. You have true field leadership.
It should be noted that this position requires a strong relationship of trust with General Management, as well as a capacity to be proactive and to alert clearly and with arguments when necessary.
You are recognized for your ability to make technical subjects understandable, to get to the essentials, and to make concrete decisions.
