Are you interested in working as a production leader and supporting with, among other things, planning and management? The Naval Base is now seeking a Production Leader for the Logistikenhetens stab in Karlskrona. In this position, you will work with the development of implementation plans, management through orders, and follow-up of ongoing operations. In addition to the main responsibilities, you will also support work regarding personnel war placement, serve as editor for weekly reports, and support Logistikenhetens förbandsutveckling.
You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and our other Production Leader located in LogE stab. You will be an important resource in our staff that manages the Naval Base's logistics support throughout the entire Karlskrona garrison area, where we offer varied and diverse work with opportunities for wellness during working hours. About Logistikenheten (LogE)
LogE coordinates and prioritizes the logistical needs of supported units regarding supply, e.g., food, fuel, ammunition, as well as technical service and transport service. LogE consists of a staff (LogE stab) where incoming matters within the functions described above are prepared. The Försörjningsavdelningen (FörsA) carries out tasks within supply after preparation. The Teknikavdelningen (TekA) carries out the technical service for supported units. The Krigsförrådsavdelning (KfdA)'s main tasks are to war-place and stock materiel and supplies.
Main tasks
- Serve as editor and be responsible for Logistikenhetens 3-year implementation plan
- Coordinate dialogue work with the garrison's constituent units
- Be responsible for the year's operational overview and follow-up of operations
- If necessary, direct LogE operations with written orders, guidance, and directives
- Coordinate exercise and training planning as part of förbandsutvecklingen
Other tasks
- Provide support to the Chief of Staff
- Support war placement work regarding personnel
- Support LogE weekly reports to higher management
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- 3-year upper secondary education or equivalent knowledge as assessed by the employer to be equivalent
- Driver's license category *B
- Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- At least one year of experience in coordination and planning work
- At least one year of experience in administering, coordinating, developing, and maintaining internal routines
- You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in both Svenska and Engelska

You are meticulous and unpretentious, which also means you are a good team player. You have the ability to express yourself and are thus clear and communicative. You are flexible and can handle temporary peaks in workload, have high integrity, and a pronounced sense of responsibility and service. You can independently drive your tasks and take initiative. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
MERITORING
- Worked within Försvarsmakten
- At least one year of administrative work
- Previous experience serving at a staff
- Experience with system PRIO (SAP) as well as case management systems
- Worked with logistics within Försvarsmakten
