Main duties

Your role – where planning becomes reality

Through planning, coordination, and follow-up, you ensure that the work flows and that the operation delivers according to plan.

You coordinate the work, prioritize between tasks, and support the team in their daily work. At the same time, you contribute to developing working methods and improving flows.

This is what you will do

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate tasks within the team
• Contribute to structure and stability in flows and processes
• Create documentation for follow-up
• Follow up on the operation's goals & KPI:er and contribute to active improvement work
• Collaborate with different functions within the organization to ensure processes
• Create documentation for decisions

The role includes work management and collaboration between functions to achieve the operation's goals, without formal personnel responsibility

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in planning, leading, and coordinating large-scale warehouse operations, including operational responsibility for production support and follow-up of daily operations, or what the employer deems equivalent
• Relevant education or experience in logistics/production
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience in creating documentation for follow-up
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
• B-driver's license (manual)

• Has experience working with planning within production or logistics
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys taking responsibility in daily work
• Likes having many contact points and collaborating with others
• Is clear in your communication and contributes to good collaboration

MERITORIOUS

• Experience in change management and business development.
• Experience of Lean and continuous improvements.
• Experience of SAP
