Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager for an established construction materials testing business based in Leicester. This is a permanent position. THE ROLE You would own the commercial function rather than sit inside a larger team. Valuations and applications, contract review, cost control, margin reporting and forecasting, and working alongside operations on live testing contracts across the UK. WHAT YOU NEED A solid commercial background as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager. Construction, civil engineering, testing or a related technical service is ideal. You need to be comfortable running your own workload and dealing with clients directly. THE PACKAGE 65,000 to 75,000 depending on experience. Company car. 25 days annual leave. Discretionary bonus.
