Industrial Analysis Laboratory Technician (M/F)

Your tasks

Perform analyses and controls following company procedures and customer specifications:

• Participate in the implementation, management, and monitoring of various controls, analyses, and tests
• Perform analyses and measurements (mechanical characteristics, micrography) from samples.
• Create and manage anomaly reports and draft deviations (alert production in case of non-conformity)
• Centralize analysis data in the company's ERP
• Transmit analysis data to customers in case of conformity; conversely, request validation from the supervisor
• Organize and participate in inspections by approved bodies, requested by the customer
• Monitor and ensure the renewal of approvals from classification societies
• Ensure the processing of deviations until the final decision on products (scrap - repair)
• Control and ensure the validity of applicable standards
• Research the origin of anomalies, determine appropriate controls with the support of the supervisor if needed.

Requirements

Autonomy, organization, and great rigor are indispensable; good oral and written communication skills are necessary. Knowledge of the foundry environment is indispensable, as well as a good level of English.
