Navy Contract Manager
The position serves as the primary hub for coordination for Navy clients, internal stakeholders, sales managers, project managers, service centers, and outside parties. It guaranties uniform management of contract delivery, commercial performance, financial forecasting, risks, claims, customer expectations, and escalations throughout the portfolio.
Keep an eye on all direct and indirect Navy-related activities and provide assistance as needed.
Put a lot of effort into monitoring order intake, margin, and payment performance in order to improve business.
Create an annual Activity & Development plan, carry it out, and report on progress every three months.
Build trusting relationships with important customers. Serve as a mediator for customers.
Oversee the group of internal stakeholders to provide the best possible customer support.
Organize and spearhead the resolution of technical problems, customer escalations, delivery delays, claims, variations, and commercial risks.
Gain comprehensive understanding of the business, strategy, and organization of your customers.
Throughout the Navy portfolio, make sure that contract governance, documentation, compliance, confidentiality, and internal approval procedures are all consistent.
Encourage clients to become more devoted and inclined to use company's goods and services.
On behalf of and across product centers, negotiate international agreements.
