Engineering Manager

1. Responsible for maintaining and repairing of plastic foam line machinery that including;

Motors ,Heaters,Thermoplastic, blowers,over-hear cranes,transformers,chillers,piping line

1. Included in day to day activities will be conducting periodic maintenance checks, planning equipment upgrades and machinery modifications

1. Identifying faults, investigating equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out while ensuring a continuous improvement operation.

4.Assist in the development and implementation of CMMS and maintenance improvement programs that support the reliability, efficiencies and uptime of the plant.

5.Direct experience in Design, Quotation, Installation & Troubleshooting of chemical metering systems including:

• Pump selection for various chemicals of varying viscosities, hazards & corrosion levels

• Line sizing, material selection & pressure drop calculations

• Heat Exchanger efficiency, flow meter selection with the ability to optimize PID control parameters of both.

Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot equipment problems which could be related to either mechanical or electrical problems

Qualifications: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Than 8-20 years in Maintenance and project experience with minimum of 5 year in Foam plastic industrial line or Injection plants. Experience in the use of maintenance improvement programs, Development petrochemical process and functions. Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
