Senior Buyer (China Sourcing)

1. Analyze product trends and market data
2. Negotiate prices, control costs, and maintain product quality according to company standards
3. Verify the accuracy of PO / Invoice / Import documents and track delivery status
4. Coordinate product receiving, exchanges/returns, and resolve issues related to purchase orders
5. Sourcing and developing Suppliers/factories in China, including price and terms comparison
6. Coordinate and communicate with Chinese factories; must be able to communicate in Chinese and read/reply to emails in English
7. Able to travel abroad 1-2 times per year

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field and truly wants to grow in the procurement career path Enjoys challenges and finds enjoyment in Sourcing and negotiation Understands Retail work and thinks in terms of cost–profit Works systematically and is detail-oriented regarding documentation Fluent in Chinese (Speaking/Reading/Typing) and ready to communicate with Chinese factories Able to travel abroad for site visits 1-2 times per year
