In anticipation of the start of the next Application Support Agent M/F Academy scheduled for October 5, 2026, at the Saint Geours de Maremne and Idron sites, we are looking for motivated candidates eager to develop their skills and succeed in the IT field. This career path is the gateway to an enriching and rewarding career. The training will last 12 months.
A support agent's mission is to receive, diagnose, and resolve incidents reported by level 1 and 2 users. Upon completion of this training, as an Application Support Agent, you will be able to: Receive and analyze user requests, Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to a specific information system, Update documentation related to systems and incidents, Actively collaborate with your colleagues, partners, and users to ensure the best possible resolution of the problems encountered.
Prerequisites: Education level: BAC+2 You aspire to start your career in IT by putting your skills at the service of users You communicate effectively both orally and in writing and enjoy teamwork Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B1 level) is required Knowledge of Spanish or German is an additional asset You are a beneficiary of a Reconnaissance en Qualité de Travailleurs handicapés
