Your tasks
- Oversee the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including supporting licensing and business expansion activities.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and reporting processes.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support management decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving continuous process improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support the organization's long-term growth strategy.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- ICAN (ACA) or ACCA certification is required.
- Minimum of 7 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience leading the finance function within a growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to establish financial controls, improve processes, and support business expansion initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
