This group is recruiting, for an ICPE industrial site subject to authorization, specifically monitored for its atmospheric emissions, located near PORT DE BOUC (13), a new position of:
CONTINUOUS FURNACE INDUSTRIAL QSEE MANAGER (M/F).
Mission:
Reporting to the National QSE Director and as a member of the site's Management Committee, the role is to drive the QSEE policy of an ICPE continuous furnace industrial site, heavily subject to environmental regulatory requirements, particularly regarding atmospheric emissions.
This position relies on a structured team of 9 employees and the Group's expertise to guarantee regulatory compliance, support industrial projects, and develop a continuous improvement process in connection with administrative authorities and stakeholders.
Profile:
With higher technical or engineering education, you have proven successful experience in QSEE or Environment acquired at a continuous furnace ICPE industrial site or equivalent.
You master environmental regulations, ISO 14001 and 45001 standards, as well as the challenges related to atmospheric emissions.
A field manager, diplomat, rigorous, and recognized for your interpersonal skills, you know how to unite teams, engage in dialogue with administrative authorities, IRP, or management, and evolve in a demanding industrial and social environment.
Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is necessary.
