Accounting Manager

At Grupo Cocei, we are looking for an Accounting Manager responsible for ensuring the generation of complete, timely, and reliable financial information, as well as supervising compliance with accounting, tax, and internal control processes.

Location: Carso Palmas, Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México Modality: On-site

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting and financial operations.
• Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings.
• Review and validate financial statements and reports.
• Supervise bank reconciliations, intercompany, inventories, and fixed assets.
• Follow up on compliance with tax obligations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop the Accounting team.
• Analyze financial variations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of accounting and tax information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Contaduría – Degree indispensable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in General and Financial Accounting.
• Experience in accounting closings, reconciliations, taxes, and audits.
• Solid knowledge of internal control and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting platforms.
• Excel and data analysis tools.
• Intermediate English.
• Experience leading teams.
