Erillam HC belongs to a group of Mexican companies with different business units throughout the Mexican Republic. We are looking for our next: Business Analyst.

Your tasks

Job Objective Analyze, identify, and document needs and improvement opportunities in business processes, contributing to optimizing decision-making and ensuring that implemented solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities Collect and document business needs through interviews and meetings with stakeholders. Develop use cases, flowcharts, and process models using methodologies such as BPMN and UML. Define and prioritize requirements for the development of new solutions and improvements. Keep documentation of processes, requirements, and strategic reports up to date. Analyze workflows and identify improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency. Identify risks and opportunities in current processes. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT and development teams. Validate that implemented solutions meet business objectives. Evaluate the feasibility of new projects and business solutions. Facilitate training on new tools and work methodologies. Requirements

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's / Eng. in systems.

Completed Bachelor's degree and title in Informatics Engineering or a related field. Indispensable experience of at least 3 years in: Business and process analysis. Continuous improvement methodologies. Digital transformation and technology. Business strategy. Project documentation and management. Proficiency in Office suite. Knowledge of browsers and IT tools. Basic level English. We offer:
